By accessing or using MLPSInt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
MLPSInt provides open-source intelligence aggregation for lawful investigative, research, and security purposes. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Prohibited Use
- Stalking, harassing, or harming any individual
- Facilitating unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Collecting information for discriminatory purposes
- Bulk-scraping data without express written permission
- Reselling or redistributing data without authorization
4. Data and Third-Party Sources
MLPSInt aggregates data from publicly available sources and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee accuracy. Results are informational only.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLPSInt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

1. Overview
MLPSInt is committed to handling information responsibly. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
- Search queries you submit are logged temporarily to provide results
- IP address and browser type via server logs
- Images for EXIF analysis are processed in memory and not stored permanently
- Saved profiles are stored in a local SQLite database on your server instance
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service and return search results
- To maintain search history for your session
- To diagnose issues and detect abuse
4. Third-Party Sources
Your search queries are transmitted to third-party APIs. Those services have their own privacy policies outside our control.
5. Data Retention
Search history is retained for up to 90 days then purged. Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing. We do not sell or share query data.
6. Cookies
MLPSInt does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
